This is a full-time, on-site role for a LIHTC Property Manager, located in Ladson, SC. The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, including tenant relations, lease enforcement, rent collection, and vendor management. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, maintaining property compliance with applicable regulations, and ensuring high-quality standards for both the physical property and customer service. The Property Manager will lead a team and work closely with ownership or investors to report on property performance and implement operational improvements.
Qualifications- Strong property management skills, including lease enforcement, tenant relations, and rent collection
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and maintaining regulatory compliance
- Vendor management and experience in overseeing property maintenance and operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in property management software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Property Manager) are advantageous
- Previous experience in luxury, senior, or affordable housing is highly beneficial
