Parts Fulfillment Coordinator | Ladson, SC

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Job Type: Long-term

Job Impulse is hiring a Parts Fulfillment Coordinator | Ladson, SC.

Job Summary:

The Parts Fulfillment Coordinator ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of spare parts and components from inventory to the end customer. This role is responsible for processing orders, managing inventory levels, picking and staging parts, and preparing shipments. Acting as a critical link between warehouse operations and customer service, the coordinator tracks shipments, resolves order discrepancies, and maintains precise records for smooth chain operations.

Responsibilities
  • Order Processing:
    Processing, track, and coordinate spare parts orders and kits from receipt to delivery.
  • Inventory Control:
    Monitor stock levels, handle replenishment, and assist with physical cycle counts.
  • Assembly & Staging:
    Pick, stage, and verify parts or assemble basic subassemblies using bills of materials and technical documents.
  • Cross-Functional Communication:
    Partner with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent delays.
  • Shipping & Documentation:
    Prepare parts for safe transit, generate shipping labels, and maintain accurate transaction records
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of warehouse or supply chain experience in a manufacturing facility
Skills & Competencies
  • Working knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to read technical guides, assembly instructions, and bills of materials.
  • Abel to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 40lbs.) and operate standard warehouse equipment like manual pallet jacks when required.
  • Forklift operator certified helpful but not required.
