Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors and/or contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of showrooms, service bays, lots, loading areas and/or perimeter areas to help to identify security-related concerns, hazards and unusual activity;
Monitor alarms, cameras and/or other security-related systems as assigned, and report irregular conditions to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing initial assistance, coordinating with local responders as directed and completing required notifications;
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports and patrol documentation, and assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, parking control and/or delivery check-in procedures as directed
