You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and document observations with clear communication. You will also assist employees and visitors with a service-first approach. Backed by an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will act with integrity and contribute through teamwork every shift.

- Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
- Monitor access points and control entry for employees, contractors and visitors, including verifying identification, documenting visitor activity and directing individuals to approved check-in locations.
- Complete detailed incident reports and patrol logs, communicate key observations during shift transitions and support security-related audits and/or inspections as assigned by Allied Universal.
- Have 1+ years' armed security/law enforcement/military experience.
- Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
