** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.

+ Support traffic and pedestrian flow at the location, provide directions and assistance, and help maintain an orderly environment during daily operations, shift changes, and/or special events.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
