Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive facility buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, service departments, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic, following site procedures for visitor, contractor, employee, and delivery access.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
