We are currently looking for dedicated and safety-conscious Journeyman Electricians to join our industrial construction team. You will be tasked with the installation, upkeep, and diagnostic repair of electrical systems across various commercial and industrial sites. Success in this position requires strict adherence to industry codes and internal standards, while also providing guidance to junior team members and helpers.

Compensation and Perks
  • Hourly rate ranging from $27 to $30, determined by your specific skills and background

Schedule Expectations
  • Standard work week runs Monday through Thursday
  • Consistent 4x10 hour shift structure

Core Responsibilities
  • Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of various industrial electrical components and systems
  • Analyze and translate complex schematics, technical drawings, and project specifications
  • Complete precise conduit bending, wire terminations, and equipment hookups to ensure system reliability
  • Identify and resolve electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
  • Uphold strict adherence to NEC, OSHA, and site‑specific safety protocols to protect the entire team
  • Provide mentorship and technical direction to Electrician Helpers and Top Helpers
  • Collaborate effectively with site supervisors and other trade professionals to streamline project workflows
  • Keep the workspace organized and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Promote a culture of safety by reporting all hazards, incidents, or near misses without delay
  • Fulfill additional operational tasks as requested by management
Physical Demands
  • Capacity to climb, balance, lift weights up to 50 pounds, and perform duties at elevated heights
  • Comfort working within diverse industrial settings, including tight or confined spaces
  • Proficiency in the safe operation of various hand and power tools throughout the shift
  • Maintain high levels of concentration and environmental awareness in busy construction zones
Required Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of current electrical codes and regulatory standards
  • Proven ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and a team player
  • Demonstrated strength in communication and leadership to guide project success
  • Current driver’s license is considered an asset
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate necessary overtime
