This position bridges the gap between a Lead Technician and a Project Manager by helping oversee crews, support day-to-day field operations, ensure quality standards, and assist with job site coordination while continuing to work hands-on in the field.

The hourly rate is based on cost of living within the assigned territory as well as previous experience and certifications. The pay range for this role is based on experience, certifications, and leadership background. Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Leadership Development & Hands-On Training Opportunity for Overtime & Emergency Response Incentives Supportive Team-Oriented Environment Position Summary The Emergency Services Field Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the mitigation and restoration department, helping oversee technicians, job sites, operational workflows, and restoration quality throughout residential and commercial mitigation projects.

This role focuses heavily on water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, containment, and emergency response services while supporting crews in the field and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and IICRC standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk-only position. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading crews while actively working alongside technicians during emergency response and mitigation projects.

Duties & Responsibilities Lead and oversee mitigation technicians on residential and commercial restoration projects

Help manage day-to-day field operations and job site coordination throughout emergency service projects

Respond to emergency losses involving water, mold, fire, storm, and other property damage

Perform and oversee water mitigation services according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processes

Assist with supervising and training technicians on structural drying, mold remediation, containment setup, demolition, and disaster cleanup

Ensure technicians are following proper restoration procedures, safety standards, PPE requirements, and company expectations

Perform moisture mapping, equipment calculations, photos, job scoping, and required project documentation

Monitor drying progress and maintain accurate moisture readings, equipment counts, and job documentation
