Industrial Electrician Foreman

We are currently looking for safety-conscious Lead Electricians and Foremen to manage industrial electrical projects on-site. You will act as the key liaison between field teams, project management, and supervision, while directing daily operations and ensuring all work adheres to strict electrical codes.

• Hourly rate ranging from $33 to $38, determined by your leadership background and expertise

• Standard work week runs Monday through Thursday
• Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts
• Extra hours are expected when project timelines demand it
• Availability for outages, shutdowns, and non-standard shift coordination is necessary

• Direct and oversee electrical teams composed of Journeymen and various levels of helpers
• Organize, delegate, and manage the daily workflow for your crew
• Guarantee that all electrical work remains compliant with OSHA, NEC, and specific client standards
• Analyze and utilize project schedules, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Direct the installation of power distribution gear, motor controls, MCCs, and conduit systems to ensure project success
• Provide support for commissioning, startup, tie-ins, and industrial shutdown projects
• Manage electrical tasks within operating industrial and manufacturing facilities
• Assist in the diagnosis and resolution of issues within industrial electrical systems
• Collaborate effectively with other trades, client stakeholders, and project managers
• Track material consumption, labor productivity, and staffing levels
• Facilitate safety meetings every day and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
• Identify field challenges and help provide solutions to keep the project moving
• Keep the job site orderly while managing all necessary project documentation
• Provide mentorship to help crew members grow their professional skills
• Report all safety incidents or potential hazards immediately to maintain a secure site
• Handle additional tasks as required by project needs

• Capable of lifting 50 pounds, balancing, climbing, and working at significant heights
• Able to utilize necessary PPE while maintaining a safe work environment
• Comfortable working within industrial settings, including tight or confined spaces
• Maintain the stamina required for a full day of physical labor
• Stay alert and aware of your surroundings on busy construction sites

• Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license
• Minimum of 7 years in industrial electrical work, preferably in process or manufacturing facilities
• Prior experience in a foreman or leadership capacity is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of industry best practices and electrical standards
• Proficiency with MCCs
• Proficiency with Motor Controls
• Proficiency with 480V Systems
• Proficiency with Industrial Power Distribution
• Proficiency with Conduit Systems
• Proficiency with Industrial Troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Shutdowns and Maintenance Environments
• Proven ability to manage priorities, lead teams, and communicate clearly
• Strong skills in documentation and organization
• Must possess a current driver’s license
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule including overtime

• Must provide your own standard Journeyman-level electrical hand tools
• Must provide basic tools for planning, documentation, and layout
