This is a physical, fast-paced position perfect for someone who enjoys active work, helping customers, and seeing immediate results. This role starts as a part-time helper position but has the potential to transition to a full-time career based on your performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Heavy Lifting & Loading: Assist the lead crew member in safely lifting, carrying, and loading items into trucks and trailers. This includes couches, appliances, furniture, household junk, and post-construction debris.
- Debris Removal: Efficiently clear out trash and debris from residential and commercial sites, ensuring the area is left clean and tidy.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with your crew to complete scheduled jobs safely and within the designated time frames. - Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols while handling heavy items and operating equipment to prevent injury or property damage.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently throughout the day.
- A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments (indoor/outdoor).
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $16/hr
, with the potential to earn up to $25/hr plus commission based on experience and performance. - Commission & Tips: Earn additional income through performance-based commissions and customer tips.
