Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Logistic Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the logistics team during the 2nd shift
- Ensure that all shipments are processed and delivered on time
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock as needed
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they are performing at their best
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
