Position Description

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Shift Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to 2nd shift
• Schedules:
  Sunday – Thursday; 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM or until work is completed
• Monday – Friday; 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM or until work is completed

Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well‑run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled: beverages. Equipment used: walkie‑rider, pallet‑jack.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial truck(s) including stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc., and maintain them (battery change, recognize common mechanical issues) – intermediate required
• May be required to operate manual and/or automated warehouse equipment such as a packaging line – intermediate preferred
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read, perform basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into the WMS computer system(s) in use
• Work overtime as assigned
• Ability to build professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Self‑driven, flexible, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Capable of multitasking, highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Ensure all scanning is completed correctly. Help train dock employees on new procedures.
• Ensure facility is secure at end of shift; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping. Perform picking and packing duties. Check for evidence of product or container damage.
• Perform the assigned tasks as described in the location's policies and procedures, including handling of materials within associated logical transactions.
• Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required.
• Participate in workgroup and other team activities for the purpose of self‑improvement and improving warehouse operations and related business functions.
• Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
