Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, engaging in activities that promote socialization and building relationships.

• Assist with medication management, clinical records, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Provide support and education to residents and their families on various topics, such as healthcare, nutrition, and safety.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility, preferred.

• Strong knowledge of the overall social services functions.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with residents and families in a professional and compassionate manner.
