US 441 | Responsibilities:
Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicating with team members and being flexible to the needs of the business;
Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; following recipes; wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to policies; ensuring food safety standards and inventory management;
Leverages digital tools to drive sales and use handheld technology for decisions on production, ordering, and training;
Maintains work area, ensures quality and proper packaging and storage, and eliminates waste;
Provides exceptional customer service to members across the club and assists with purchasing decisions.
