Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat department operations, product specifications, and compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards;
Leverage handheld digital tools to plan, forecast, and manage production and inventory for high-volume products;
Ensure staffing levels, inventory ordering, and audit/compliance standards are met;
Train and develop team members, communicate company policies, and foster a collaborative, member-focused environment.
