Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on guest inquiries.;
Conduct personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, and lessons; skincare analyses; and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards.;
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experience and sales goals.;
