Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional shopping experience to every customer using Kirkland's customer service model and assist with merchandising and store operations.;
Drive sales growth by performing multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets, and cleaning.;
Engage with customers, educate them on loyalty programs and promotions, and support merchandise assortment to build baskets.;
Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy; keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.;
Uphold Kirkland's values and company initiatives; may perform other duties as necessary.
