US 441, Suite 441 - Responsibilities:
Supervise store crew and ensure excellent customer service through BE S.T.
A. R. training and daily supervision;
Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively and serve customers well;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise for efficient shelf placement;
Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Manage opening and closing procedures including cash handling, security, and alarms;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service;
Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes;
Perform general maintenance tasks (cleaning, stock room organization) and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
