We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time contract opportunity working 1:1 with a student. • Active LVN or LPN license for California
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Must be proficient in diabetic care, including blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Commitment to supporting students health, safety, and well-being

• Offer direct 1:1 support for a student requiring ongoing diabetic care and health monitoring throughout the school day
• Administer medication and perform necessary medical procedures according to the student's care plan
• Document health interventions and update relevant records in compliance with school policies
• Collaborate with educators and school health teams to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Respond promptly to medical situations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
