Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
Job Highlights
  • Remote‑first position with flexibility; travel to client sites required on an as‑needed basis (ideal candidates are located near a major airport) approximately 25%–35% travel in local region + up to 15% across North America)
  • Permanent, full‑time position
  • 3–9 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or software environments
  • Proven hunter mindset with experience owning the full sales cycle and sourcing your own pipeline
  • Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously in a fast‑moving sales environment
  • Comfortable using sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Linked In, dialers, and other outbound platforms
  • Confident, self‑motivated, and thrives in a high‑growth, startup‑style environment
Compensation
  • $90,000 - $115,000 / year
