Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the AP inbox, coordinate invoice routing and approvals, and maintain accurate vendor communications in a fast-paced environment.
You will process invoices, post cash receipts, perform reconciliations, assist with month-end close, and support related accounting projects. Proficiency in Net Suite and strong Excel skills are preferred.
