We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at GSE Construction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality work on time. As a key support to our project managers, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring all project requirements are met.

- Assist PM & superintendent as directed to help execute the project
- Input data into Vista and Procore for project related documentation
- Interface between the project and accounting insuring that billings, job cost, AP & payroll are processed thoroughly, accurately, and timely
- Creating and maintaining all project files
- Create Preliminary Info Sheet for each assigned projects
- Create and Maintain Project Contact List
- Collect and submit certified payroll to required agencies
- Knowledge of State of Colorado Sales Tax Procedures, helpful.
- Maintain insurance requirements of every subcontractor.
- Process monthly billings from subcontractors, including lien releases.
- Input the project budget into Procore
- Issue commitments and subcontracts
- Fill out credit applications
- Collect, verify, and process material delivery packing slip and verify against POs
- Collect and log daily sign in sheets and timecards
- Process change orders and budget modifications
- Distribute project invoices to project team members through P-Vault
- Other administrative duties as directed by management
