About the RoleWe’re hiring a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to ensure our day-to-day business finances run smoothly. In this role, you will provide bookkeeping oversight, manage payroll administration, and offer high-level support to the company owners when needed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For- Overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping and reviewing financial data in Quick Books
- Preparing monthly reports for the owners (P&L, summaries, ad-hoc reports)
- Supporting and supervising the in-house bookkeeper
- Managing payroll administration through ADP, including timecards and PTO tracking
- Creating sales commission and other reports as needed
- Providing administrative and operational support to the company owners
- Experience supporting office or business operations, 3 years plus required
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting systems (Quick Books), 3 years plus required
- Familiar with payroll timecards, PTO tracking, or employee records
- Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new software and processes

- Salary: $55,000–$60,000, depending on experience
