Global Training Project Coordinator II

The Global Training Project Coordinator II provides day-to-day project and program support to the US Commercial Training Team by helping them stay organized, informed, and on schedule. This role monitors project status, budgets, and timetables; gathers and compiles information for reporting; and supports the development, implementation, and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. The position may also provide basic technical support such as program/system training and documentation, data extraction and review, and tracking.
The role is an established individual contributor working under moderate supervision, applying prior experience to routine work with occasional deviations from standard practice, and communicating with internal partners within and outside the immediate team. In this entry-level support role, you'll build core administrative and coordination skills that can serve as a strong career pathway toward a high-level Project Coordinator or Executive Assistant.
This position is based in Lafayette, CO and is onsite for at least 4 days per week. Domestic and International travel is approximately 10%.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Assist with basic coordination for projects/programs by organizing information, tracking tasks, and supporting follow-through under supervision.
- Help monitor schedules, timelines, and simple status updates, so work stays on track and stakeholders stay informed.
- Assist with compiling routine materials and preparing information for recurring reports and updates.
- Help maintain process documentation by following established guidelines and supporting the administration of program/system procedures.
- Assist with light technical and data support assigned
- Help coordinate internal communications by obtaining and sharing information that may require basic explanation or interpretation.
- Managing priorities, communication flow, and operational support for Training and Leadership team
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience

- A proactive and highly organized self-starter
- Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies for training sessions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams for organizing and managing training related activities.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
