Position: Associate Product Manager - ET Spine (Onsite in Lafayette, CO)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Manager to join our Enabling Technology Spine marketing team. In this highly visible role, you will develop and lead downstream solutions for Stealth Axis Spine, create marketing materials, highlight technological and clinical benefits, and contribute to strategic direction and revenue targets.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities
  • Lead downstream marketing projects including promotion, market analysis, and commercialization.
  • Partner closely with clinical, health economics, and reimbursement teams to develop critical marketing materials for sales execution.
  • Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share.
  • Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional business partners to develop business plans for designated portfolios.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and emerging thought leaders to enable effective portfolio strategy.
  • Lead new product launch activities, including development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts to develop strategy for existing procedural areas and adjacent areas.
  • Provide input into portfolio lifecycle, including analyses to support product line changes (new product development, acquisitions, and/or discontinuations).
  • Foster strong collaboration with US Sales Team and international business partners.
  • Travel requirement: 20–30%.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, consulting, or related field; a master’s degree with zero years experience also acceptable.
Nice to Have
  • Medical device experience.
  • Experience in Spine Marketing or Sales.
  • Knowledge of spine alignment and implant hardware planning.
  • Experience with medical device service.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range (U.S. excluding Puerto Rico): $79,200.00 – $. This position is eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
