Project Manager, Operations Management

High Country Search Group is partnering with an elite, design-driven architectural millwork manufacturer delivering ultra-high-end custom woodwork for exclusive residential estates and premium commercial spaces. We are seeking a heavy-hitting Millwork Project Manager to take absolute ownership of a project portfolio averaging $1M to $5M in size. Reporting directly to the Director of Project Management, the Engineering Manager, and the Owner, this individual will play a high-impact role driving cross-functional execution and managing front-end client relationships. The pipeline consists of roughly 80% custom, high-end residential work and 20% premium commercial projects.

This person will serve as the primary face of the company and the main direct contact for luxury homeowners, architects, and general contractors at residential sites. This is a 100% in-office role based out of our facility, with regular local travel required for client site visits, field measurements, and active project coordination.

• Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, strictly preferred within the architectural millwork, custom carpentry, or luxury wood manufacturing space
• Proven background managing high-touch, custom residential projects and interfacing directly with discerning homeowners on-site
• Strong technical proficiency with Bluebeam is required, along with a comfortable working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD to review drawings and collaborate closely with the design team
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills and high emotional intelligence; ability to command a job site while providing a white-glove client experience
• A "gritty," high-energy professional mindset—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty to get the job done
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, scheduling discipline, and multi-project coordination tracking
