Horizon Discovery, a division of Revvity, is a leading provider of translational genomics research tools. Join our team as a Customer Service Associate based in our office in Lafayette, CO.
Key Responsibilities- Support order processing in collaboration with the commercial team, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Update and maintain sales data within the appropriate software systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and responsiveness for both internal and external customers.
- Contribute to the development of the ordering process to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop basic product knowledge and a strong understanding of shipping requirements, building relationships with shipping and logistics.
- Follow procedures set out in SOPs for accurate and timely entry of all orders.
- Work as part of a team and adopt a flexible approach to maintain service quality.
- Undertake relevant project work and additional responsibilities as agreed with the Head of Customer Services.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the life science industry.
- Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and cross‑country team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The base salary range for this full‑time position is $45,000‑53,000. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. The base pay range does not include bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
