Customer Relations Specialist

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to welcome members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access YMCA offerings.

Part‑time, 10‑15 hours per week, year‑round. Flexible schedule suitable for retirees, new workforce entrants, or those seeking a second job. Weekend coverage with occasional weekday shifts. Pay is USD 15.16 per hour, with a 10% differential for opening shift and an additional 10% for bilingual staff fluent in Spanish and English.

• Welcome members and visitors.
• Answer questions and provide information.
• Give facility tours.
• Assist individuals and families in understanding and accessing YMCA programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful demeanor.
• Spanish proficiency preferred; additional 10% pay differential for bilingual fluency.
• Intermediate computer skills required.

• Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Climbing, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, or poles.
• Kneeling, bending, and crouching postures.
• Reaching, standing, walking, and pushing as required.
• Lifting objects from lower to higher positions or moving them horizontally.
• Fingering activities such as picking and typing.
• Talking and hearing at normal speaking levels.
• Close visual acuity for detailed tasks.
