Flatirons Church isn't looking for just another Video Director. We are looking for someone who is passionate about overseeing all aspects of live video on the production team. This position is responsible for creating, casting, and implementing the vision and systems for live video production across all Flatirons campuses.

Professional
Qualifications:
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in a high level production environment, specifically in direction video for large scale productions.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges.
- Ability to work well under time pressure, and maintain coordinated efforts with a large team of staff and volunteers.
- Full understanding of color correction, shading, shot composition, etc.
- Full understanding of video system infrastructure and networking.
- Preferred experience with Resi, Ross, FOR-A, Red, Brompton, and Roe equipment.
- Oversee all live video technology systems across all Flatirons campuses.
- Create and implement processes to be executed by video engineers and production managers.
- Ensure the training and development of staff and volunteers throughout the year by coordinating team nights, individual trainings, and documenting training material.
- Assist and/or oversee stage designs and turnovers.
- Continue to push and sustain the standards of excellence as it relates to live video both in room and broadcast.
