Position: Gastroenterology Denver, CO 1-Year Partnership Track
Practice in a top physician-owned group while living in a city with 300+ days of sun, Michelin-star dining, and quick escapes to the Rockies. Flexible schedules (3-5 days), 1-yr partnership track, ASC on-site, wRVU incentives, 6 weeks PTO.

Physician Career Tracks:
1. Partnership Track (Full-Time) - Full-time physicians are eligible for shareholder status after one year, and equity in endoscopy + pathology center equity in Year 2.
2. Part-Time or Flexible Schedule - Open to physicians seeking 3-5 days per week. Ideal for those prioritizing work-life balancewhether you're raising a family, phasing into retirement, or simply want a more manageable pace.

Practice Highlights:

• Shareholder status after 1 year, with equity in both the endoscopy and pathology centers by Year 2

• Flexible schedule options (3-5 days/week)

• High-volume procedural focus - average 15-18 scopes/day

• Full-spectrum GI care with on-site endoscopy center - advanced skills not required, EUS/ERCP available if desired
