Pro Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist for the school year in Boulder, CO. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative school environment, supporting students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
Work ScheduleMonday Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly pay range: $45 $ 50/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility for services
- Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed reports
- Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
- Provide counseling and intervention services addressing behavioral, emotional, and academic concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings
- Assist in developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and monitor student progress
- Promote positive mental health practices and contribute to a supportive school climate
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Active Arizona School Psychologist certification/licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience preferred
