A Day in the LifeThe Senior Design Quality – Electronic Engineer role focuses on development, improvement, and innovation. As a problem‑solver with meticulous attention to detail, you will provide quality engineering support in the design and development of electronic medical device products, facilitating the application of Design Controls, Risk Management, and Change Control processes for released products.
Responsibilities- Previous experience in Electronic PCB design and development, preferably with a formal qualification in Electronics.
- Working knowledge of Electronic Schematics, circuit simulation and analysis, PCB Assembly Drawings.
- Working knowledge of IEC standards, including IEC 60601 and related product‑specific standards.
- Develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished product.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
- Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
- Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conduct quality assurance tests; perform statistical analysis to assess cost and determine responsibility for products or materials not meeting required standards and specifications.
- Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
- Specialize in areas such as design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.
Individual contributor responsible for advancing existing technology or introducing new technology and therapies. Manages projects, works with stakeholders to achieve results, and may mentor or direct lower‑level professionals.

Baccalaureate degree (or qualifying foreign degree) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
