Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
Primary Objective
Support Digital Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives by integrating manufacturing equipment with the Ignition platform, enabling real-time data collection, OEE reporting, equipment performance monitoring, and Power BI dashboards.
Top 3 Required Skills- Connect PLC and non-PLC production equipment to Ignition and databases.
- Troubleshoot equipment communication and data flow issues.
- Configure and maintain tags, data structures, and reporting systems.
- Develop and support OEE, equipment performance, and operational dashboards.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and automated reporting solutions.
- Support software verification/validation activities in a regulated environment.
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Operations teams on Smart Factory initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ignition.
- Experience with software/system design, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
