This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, on-site.

We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with interviews scheduled promptly upon receiving applications.

This role will support the NPD
- Athena product line.

• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
• Provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specify tests to be performed.
• Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
• Responsible for testing all customer samples and special tests not performed in the test area.

This position is typically an individual contributor role with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. The role involves delivering and/or managing projects and working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. You may also act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of lower-level professionals.

• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with automation or programming (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Familiarity with CAD design for test fixture development.
• Prior exposure to

• Certifications in quality systems or testing standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ).
