You will translate observations into actionable design evidence that enhances usability, efficiency, and patient outcomes while guiding teams and stakeholders.
You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product, R&D, quality, and operations, and ensure adherence to usability standards. Travel up to 25% may be required.
