Sr Manufacturing Engineer
Seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with 5+ years of medical device/electronics manufacturing experience to support design changes for electrosurgical hardware. The role focuses on process validation, test method validation (Gauge R&R), PLM/ERP, and manufacturing process development.
RequiredSkills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Test Method Validation (Gauge R&R)
- Experience with PLM and ERP/MRP systems
- Manufacturing process development and equipment qualification
- Statistical analysis and process capability
- Software Validation for hardware test systems
- BOM management and configuration
- Engineering documentation (protocols, reports, work instructions)
- PFMEA, Change Orders, Risk Analysis
- Manufacturing floor support and quality issue resolution
Skills:
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
- Electronics manufacturing environment
- Master's degree (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
