Senior Reconciliations Specialist

• Lead a comprehensive review, reconciliation, and reclassification of general ledger expense activity and accounts payable transactions in Net Suite across multiple periods
• Ensure accuracy of account coding, period alignment, and segment structure for all reconciled transactions
• Partner closely with AP and finance teams to resolve historical discrepancies and enable consistent, reliable trend analysis
• Deliver reconciled, audit‑ready general ledger data supporting compliance, transparency, and executive reporting
• Independently document reconciliation methodologies, findings, corrections, and recommendations to support sustainable process improvements

As a Senior Reconciliations Specialist, you will own deliverables end to end and operate with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.

• Extensive hands‑on Net Suite experience, with advanced Excel skills supporting reconciliations and GL cleanup initiatives
• Strong accounting background within project‑based, multi‑entity, or complex organizational environments
• Proven ability to independently identify transactional integrity issues, implement corrective actions, and clearly document outcomes
