• Pay or shift range: $54,763 USD to $76,958.32 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use trauma-informed interventions to support clients with a history of traumatic experiences
• Practice trauma-specific modalities including but not limited to Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Written Exposure Therapy (WET) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Training and experience with these interventions is preferred.
• Screen and assess clients for their readiness to join and participate in a specialized trauma program

What we need for this job:

• Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
• Full licensed LCSW, LPC or LMFT or within six months of full licensure
• High emotional intelligence, collaborative, and client centered experience
• Demonstrated use of ACT, TF-CBT, DBT, Neurofeedback Certificate or EMDR in a clinical environment
• Growing background, passion and desire to work with clients who have experienced trauma
