Founded as Boulder Hospice in 1976, TRU Community Care is a nonprofit healthcare organization serving Boulder, Denver, and surrounding counties. With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $28.61 to $34.56 per hour
Duration: Temporary, lasting approximately 3 months
JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions within the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
Primary responsibilities include all functions related to successful recruitment and retention of staff, including job description review, position posting, applicant review, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support. The Recruiter may also assist the Human Resources team with additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, required
Experience working as an in-house recruiter, highly preferred
Experience hiring corporate and/or healthcare professionals (non-clinical and clinical roles), highly preferred
Experience using Dayforce (Ceridian Dayforce), highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
Must successfully pass agency required background checks, health screening, and drug screening
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions across the organization
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Manage requisitions and track applicants and related data in Dayforce, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
Post jobs both internally and externally via Dayforce
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Review resumes and conduct phone screening interviews
Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate timely feedback from interview teams and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
