• Maintain and clean the dishwasher area
• Building salads and cold line dishes
• Prepping items for the day
• Run plates and cooking supplies to their proper stations
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Prepare salads and other menu items
• Other duties as assigned
