Job Overview

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Lafayette, Colorado. This is a 13‑week, 40‑hour per week assignment on 10‑hour days.

• Ensure a high standard of nursing care to patients attending the Endoscopy Unit, working within company policies and procedures.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe working practice.
• Participate in the care and maintenance of endoscopes and other specialized equipment, ensuring an agreed standard of decontamination at all times and accurate records of traceability.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment within the clinical area in accordance with established standards and regulations.
• Stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for long periods; lift up to 20 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds when moving patients.
• Work safely around potential chemical and infectious disease hazards.

• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification; additional certifications may be required before assignment.
• Proficiency in endoscopy physiology, pathophysiology, procedures, and pharmacodynamics of conscious sedation anesthesia and analgesia.
