Provide basic patient care on the Medical Surgical unit (toileting, bathing, linen changes, ambulating, comfort measures);
Monitor and report patient conditions and assist with medications as directed;
Collaborate with RN and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care;
May perform health unit coordinator tasks (phones, physician orders, unit records) as needed;
Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies in accordance with policy
