Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience, NRP, and AWHONN or C-EFM certification for a 13‑week night shift contract in Colorado.

• Active CO single‑state or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of L&D nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP, and either AWHONN or C‑EFM — all must be AHA‑issued and must not expire prior to start
• ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

• Labor and Delivery unit in a hospital setting
• 12‑hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 days per week (36 hrs/week)
• Weekend requirement of 10 weekend shifts per 8‑week period (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights count toward this requirement)
• On‑call requirement of 1–3 call shifts per 8‑week period
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients
• Performs health teaching, counseling, and coordinates patient referrals as needed
• Candidates who have been permanent employees of any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least one year to be eligible
• Two references required for consideration
