• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological status.
• Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Deliver and delegate care, ensuring proper prioritization and resource management.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Promote professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Valid RN license in the practice state; BSN degree from an accredited institution.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, patient care coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and maneuvering equipment.

• Typical schedule involves four 10-hour shifts weekly, Monday through Friday.
• Hourly rate ranges from $37.45 to $57.29, based on experience.
