TRU Community Care in Colorado is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the PACE interdisciplinary team. The LPN provides nursing care to participants and assists the Registered Nurse with implementing the Plan of Care, supporting the mission across TRU PACE services.
Requires Colorado LPN license and ~1 year hospice/home health experience; IV and phlebotomy skills preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
