Job Summary:
Seeking a Technical Writer to support medical device documentation activities. Responsible for creating and updating Instructions for Use (IFUs), eIFU content, and technical documentation in a regulated environment. Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Software teams to manage documentation through CMS and quality system workflows.
Required Skills:- 5+ years of Technical Writing experience with Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with structured authoring tools (Structured Frame Maker, Oxygen XML, DITA, or similar) and CMS-based content management.
- Strong experience developing medical device IFUs/documentation in a regulated industry.
- Knowledge of quality system processes, including change effect analysis, requirements traceability, and translation/localization workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Quality).
