Are you passionate about fitness and love connecting with people? As a Retail Sales Specialist at REP Fitness, you'll be at the heart of our Denver Showroom experience — helping customers find the equipment that fuels their goals.

You'll collaborate with a driven team of retail and commercial specialists, supported by the Showroom Manager, while building real relationships with customers through in‑person, phone, and email interactions. From guiding a first‑time buyer to closing a major sale, every conversation is an opportunity to make an impact.

• Provide world‑class service to our in‑store customers.
• Assist customers with selection of gym equipment by maintaining thorough knowledge of all products.
• Assist in loading the order after being selected by stockroom staff.
• Maintain a clean showroom to provide customers with an optimal shopping experience.
• Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email or phone when not assisting an in‑store customer.
• Record details of actions taken with customers in CRM.
• Participate in ongoing product training to remain up to date with REP’s newest products.
