Valid8 Financial, Inc. seeks a Case Specialist to provide specialized case management for Boulder County residents in intake or HCBS Waiver enrollment who have IDD, brain injury, or autism, especially in emergencies.
You will collaborate with the client’s existing case manager to meet crisis needs, provide temporary support, and help enroll in or reinstate Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, and other benefits to promote self-sufficiency.
