Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Work hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with a specific schedule determined by the employee and their supervisor in conjunction with other staff who work at this location. Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this job.

Work Location:

Visits at least three Pathways Housing sites weekly in Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, and Lafayette.

Five (5) Pathways Resource Navigators

Position Summary

The Pathways Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day oversight and supervision of five onsite Pathways Navigators. The Supervisor will have a "floating office" and work from different sites, visiting three sites weekly. The Supervisor will ensure that the daily operations of the program are running smoothly and the program is being implemented to fidelity. The Pathways Supervisor will coordinate with the Pathways Team to provide onsite activities, help coordinate offsite activities, stay up to date on community resources, and support the team as needed in their daily functions.

The Supervisor will monitor data entry to ensure that all data requirements are being adhered to and will collaborate with Pathway Navigators to identify and address data challenges. They will also collaborate with Property Management on applicant screenings and intake processes, and coordinate interview panels with prospective participants.

Essential Functions

• Provide supervision for trauma-informed, strengths-based case management to Pathways Navigators guided by the Family Resource Center Association's Family Pathways Framework to assist Navigators as they support residents to acquire stable housing and increase resiliency.

• Coordinate case planning with EFAA Economic Empowerment staff and community partners to support Navigators' responses to participant-identified needs.

• Schedule and participate in interview panels with prospective participants, provide recommendations for acceptance consistent with program eligibility requirements.

• Confer with the Pathways team regarding Interview Panel feedback and provide recommendation on applicant acceptance or denial.

• Responsible for reviewing and approving vouchers for all financial assistance requests and working with Basic Needs Supervisor to ensure adherence to guidelines when necessary.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community partners and other agencies working with housing residents.

• Collaborate with the Data, Monitoring, and Evaluation Coordinator to ensure adherence to data entry and management requirements in compliance with standard operating procedures.

• Attend and support regular Pathways meetings and EFAA organizational meetings.

• Organize community events for residents, independently or in collaboration with community partners to foster social connections, community, and family resilience within housing sites.

• Represent EFAA at community groups and public forums.

• Assist in the development and evaluation of programs and services.

• Identify individual and team needs for professional development and attend all required training.

• Work with the Pathways Leadership team to identify solutions to program gaps and challenges and implement program changes as needed.

• Follow and execute established protocols, processes and procedures, often in challenging situations.

• Support other members of the EFAA Pathways team to ensure quality program delivery, communication, and team cohesion.

Onsite Activities and Case management

• Adhere to and practice EFAA Safety Rules. Responsible for ensuring housing volunteers and supervised staff adheres to EFAA safety rules at all times. Take proper safety precautions, anticipate unsafe circumstances and act accordingly to prevent accidents.
