Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse & Logistics Technician to join our growing team. This role is critical in maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our facility and across our distribution network. You will manage inventory, handle shipping and receiving, and perform general warehouse labor. A key part of this position involves utilizing your strong organizational skills to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

• Shipping & Receiving:
  Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that deliveries are accurate, timely, and meet company standards.
• Order Picking & Staging:
  Pull and prepare orders for shipping to taprooms and distributors. Verify orders and inventory through our ERP.
• Inventory Management:
  Track and report inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO) and product availability.
• Forklift Operation:
  Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move goods throughout the facility.
• Organization & Cleanliness:
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Physical Demands:
  Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs to shoulder height and 160 lbs to waist height. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Forklift Proficiency:
  Strong experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License:
  Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a 24-foot box truck.
• Adaptability:
  Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Safety & Sanitary Standards:
  Ability to work near moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and wet floors while adhering to strict sanitary requirements.

  Must have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to maintain efficient operations.
• Positive Attitude:
  Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Experience:
  
  Previous warehouse, logistics, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Hourly Rate: $20-25 per hour (DOE)
